Municipal Taxes. The University and the Alliance recognize that staff members may be subject to municipal taxes (e.g., Grand Rapids City Income Tax). Support Staff members will be treated in the same manner as all other University staff members with respect to municipal taxes.
Municipal Taxes. Amounts payable to the Municipality pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof shall be in addition to the municipal taxes and other levies or charges made by the Municipality against the Company, its land and buildings, linear property, machinery and equipment, and the Distribution System.

This was done primarily because we had difficulty dealing with the inconsistent values put on trailers from MPAC (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation). MPAC does come by every couple of years to assess trailers and will place a value on any park model trailer or travel trailer deemed permanent. Residents will receive a bill for the divided share of the residential tax with HST applied. Copies of the HST ruling regarding MPAC charges and a copy of the property taxes for the current year will be left in the office for your review.
Municipal Taxes. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the Property is properly assessed for municipal tax purposes. The Purchaser further acknowledges that the Vendor shall have no responsibility or obligation to make any appeal of the tax assessment by the Province of Ontario, which obligation shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Municipal Taxes groSolar shall pay all municipal taxes that are due under state law for the Project as a solar electric generation facility. For every tax year in which the Project’s municipal tax xxxx is less than $40,000 per year, groSolar shall provide a supplemental non-tax payment to the Town so that the total annual amount paid by groSolar to the Town is equal to $40,000; provided, however, that groSolar shall not be relieved of paying municipal property taxes that may be due under applicable law for the Project that are in excess of $40,000. This MOU sets neither the tax rate nor the Project value in a manner that affects the Town’s grand list and thus shall not constitute, and shall not be interpreted by any person to constitute, a tax stabilization agreement as that term is defined in 24 V.S.A. § 2741, 32 V.S.A. § 5404a, or in any other provision of the Vermont Statutes Annotated.
Municipal Taxes. (i) The Host City agrees and acknowledges that all taxes, duties and levies which are imposed directly or indirectly by statute, directives or in any other binding legal form on FIFA and/or FIFA's subsidiaries and/or the LOC as a direct or indirect consequence of the Competitions and/or the entering and/or implementation and/or cancellation of this Host City Agreement under municipal laws and regulations in the Host City shall be borne by the Host City. To the extent that FIFA and/or FIFA's subsidiaries and/or the LOC incurs any costs for taxes imposed under municipal laws and regulations in the Host City, the Host City shall indemnify and hold free and harmless FIFA and/or FIFA's subsidiaries and/or the LOC from and against any such tax payment.
(ii) The Host City agrees and acknowledges that the terms and conditions of this Clause 8.2 shall not affect any exemption from any taxes, duties and levies granted to FIFA in the Host Country on any level, including any exemption from taxes, duties and levies payable under municipal laws and regulations in the Host City.

The sale of the Property is subject to any monies due and payable to the Town of Wilmington for real estate taxes and other assessments, if any (both delinquent and current, and including any interest and penalties that may have accrued). All municipal taxes and assessments shall be paid by Purchaser over and above the Purchase Price.
