Music Use Information. A. Subject to the provisions of Subparagraphs 4.B. and 4.C. below, LICENSEE agrees to furnish to SESAC upon request during the Term a list of all musical compositions broadcast from or through STATION on LICENSEE’s Non-Network Programs, showing the title of each composition and the composer and author thereof, provided that LICENSEE shall not be obligated under this Paragraph 4 to furnish such a list covering a period of more than seven (7) consecutive days or periods aggregating more than four (4) weeks during any one calendar year. For purposes of this Paragraph 4, music cue sheets containing the aforesaid information shall be deemed to constitute such a list. B. With respect to Syndicated Programs broadcast from or through STATION, LICENSEE shall be deemed to have complied with its obligations under Subparagraph 4.A. if LICENSEE identifies the Program by its title, including episode title and/or number, the name of the producer where available, and the copyright notice contained therein where available. If SESAC does not have a music cue sheet for such Program, and LICENSEE does have such a cue sheet, LICENSEE shall provide a copy of such music cue sheet to SESAC at SESAC’s request. C. SESAC shall make requests pursuant to Subparagraph 4.A. only where reasonably necessary for its purposes and shall give LICENSEE notice of any request under Subparagraph

Music Use Information. Except as otherwise agreed, the Licensee must provide to the Licensors within 14 days after the end of each Quarter during the term of this agreement, a list of all musical works Communicated on the Licensee’s service during the previous Quarter. The list must be in the form reasonably required by the Licensors (the current forms are attached at Annexure B) and must include the following information in respect of each work: (a) the title; (b) the surnames of the writers; (c) the name of the artist or band who performed the work; (d) the record manufacturers’ catalogue number in respect of the sound recording used; (e) the duration; (f) the title of any production that contains musical works; (g) the number of times the work has been communicated in each month; and (h) such other relevant information as may be reasonably required.
Music Use Information. LICENSEE agrees to furnish to SOCIETY during the term of this agreement, whenever requested, music use information, including, but not limited to, a list of all musical compositions utilized by LICENSEE's Video Service and furnished to Customers of LICENSEE, copies of all of LICENSEE's Video Tapes furnished to its Customers and the number of copies of each tape furnished to LICENSEE's Customers.

Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.
