Common use of Mutual Support Clause in Contracts

Mutual Support. Each Party shall effectuate that the ownership rights of all inventions that are developed, made or conceived under this Agreement shall vest in the respective Party or Parties in accordance with the ownership principles described in Section 10.1. Each Party shall require any Affiliates, employees, consultants, sublicensees or subcontractors performing an activity pursuant to this Agreement to assign all inventions that are the subject of patent applications claiming inventions that are developed, made or conceived by such Affiliates, employees, consultants, sublicensees or subcontractors to Pandion or Astellas according to the ownership principles described in Section 10.1.
