Methods of Cooperation. The Red Cross and the DOVEs desire to expand their mutually-beneficial relationship to enhance community disaster preparedness and coordinate disaster planning and response activities as follows:

For the communications of RMHAM and Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM to be coordinated and used to the fullest advantage during disasters and emergencies, and to the extent permitted or required by law and regulation, RMHAM and Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM have agreed to the following: The Points of Contact between RMHAM and Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM will be exchanged between the officers of the RMHAM and the officers of Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM. All points of contact information shall be contained in a separate addendum that is not part of this MOU. The points of contact information shall be updated when necessary and verified on an annual basis by both Colorado ARES/AUXCOMM and RMHAM at the annual renewal of this agreement. All requests for the use of any RMHAM asset will be listed on the RMHAM calendar when it is approved to ensure that there is no conflict in the use of that RMHAM resource. All scheduled uses are listed on the RMHAM calendar located at the website xxx.xxxxx.xxx, if there is any question concerning the availability of a RMHAM resource.
Methods of Cooperation. In order to establish a partnership between ARRL and the Red Cross to provide assistance to communities impacted by disaster events in the United States, the following roles and responsibilities are agreed upon:

a. ARRL will encourage its units to engage in discussions with local Red Cross field units to develop plans for local response or disaster relief operations. • To locate a Red Cross chapter, go to xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx - “Find Your Local Red Cross.”
b. Red Cross will encourage its field units to engage in discussions with ARRL in their respective jurisdictions to develop plans for local response or disaster relief operations. • To locate an ARRL representative, ARES group or ARRL affiliated club contact the ARRL Section Manager. Information can be found online at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx or by contacting the ARRL Emergency Preparedness Manager listed in Attachment A.
3. Preparedness Activities
a. Make training and educational opportunities available to each other.
b. Collaborate on pre-disaster planning by determining up front how each organization can assist each other during a response to ensure effective and timely action.
c. Develop a knowledge base of expertise, experience, and capabilities of each organization. Commit to regular engagement, planning and joint exercises to strengthen capabilities.
d. Encourage each other to participate in community preparedness activities that support this partnership agreement, one example of a community activity is the Red Cross Home Fire Campaign.
e. The Red Cross will encourage regions or chapters to participate in ARRL Field Day, the Simulated Emergency Test (SET) and other emergency exercises. Participation may take many forms, including Red Cross officials visiting and touring sites to better understand the capabilities of local ARRL volunteers and ARES® units, or the joint use of Red Cross equipment such as vehicles or trailers.

Subject to such arrangements as may be necessary to safeguard the con- fidentiality of any information or document, WHO and IFAD shall provide each other with all such data, documents and information as may be neces- sary for any activity to be carried out under this agreement.

The Red Cross and ARRL desire to expand their mutually-beneficial relationship to enhance community disaster preparedness and coordinate disaster planning and response activities as follows: Open Communications: Each organization will share current appropriate data regarding disasters, disaster declarations, and changes in regulations, technology and legislation related to communications. The same interaction and liaison will be encouraged at all levels of both organizations, to include all Red Cross chapters, ARRL sections and subordinate levels.
Methods of Cooperation. 12. Regular consultations shall be held between the Agency and the Council of Europe Secretariat, with the aim of coordinating the Agency’s activities, in particular carrying out research and scientific surveys as well as drafting conclusions, opinions and reports, with those of the Council of Europe in order to ensure complementarity and the best possible use of available resources.
13. Such consultations shall notably concern: the preparation of the Agency’s annual work programme; the preparation of the Agency’s annual report on fundamental rights issues covered by the areas of the Agency’s activity; cooperation with civil society, in particular association of the Council of Europe with the establishment and functioning of the Agency’s Fundamental Rights Platform.
14. On the basis of such consultations, it may be agreed that the Agency and the Council of Europe shall conduct joint and/or complementary activities on subjects of common interest, such as the organisation of conferences or workshops, data collection and analysis or the setting up of shared information sources or products.
15. Cooperation between the Agency and the Council of Europe may be further promoted through grants awarded by the Agency to the Council of Europe. The 2004 Framework Administrative Agreement between the European Commission and the Council of Europe on the application of the financial checks clause to operations administered by the Council of Europe and financed or co-financed by the European Community shall apply.
16. Temporary exchanges of staff between the Agency and the Council of Europe may be effected by agreement between the Secretary General of the Council of Europe and the Director of the Agency in so far as the relevant applicable staff regulations allow.
Methods of Cooperation. A. In carrying out the general principles of this Memorandum the Parties intend to:
1. Encourage and facilitate closer relationships between state education agencies and offices, schools and school systems, post-secondary institutions, appropriate educational organizations, other educational entities, and private sector establishments involved in education in the two countries, and
2. Encourage mutually beneficial educational activities involving researchers, scholars, faculty members, teachers, educational administrators, and other specialists to lecture, teach, conduct research, and develop cooperative programs.
B. The Parties intend to emphasize:
1. Cooperation that facilitates exchanges and dialogue centered on educational management, methods, evaluation and research, and
2. In support of other bilateral initiatives and programs, the study and teaching of each other’s language, culture, and history through the development of exchanges and cooperation as described above and through other mutually agreed measures.
Methods of Cooperation. 1. Both parties make use of their respective advantageous resources to complement each other, give full play to their respective advantages, and strive to carry out multi-party and close cooperation in the corresponding links such as duty-free cars, parallel imported cars, supply chain finance, capital pallets, bonded warehouse cooperation, etc., so as to promote the overall improvement of the business of both parties, increase market share, and improve brand reputation and company visibility.
2. The two sides can also choose resource sharing and jointly develop new projects and new models according to the actual situation of their own resources, including but not limited to full and close cooperation in supply chain finance, vehicle sales, customs brokers and other systems. For new projects jointly developed by the two parties, a new cooperation agreement shall be signed according to the specific project situation, and the relevant content shall be agreed.
3. During the cooperation period, Party B takes China as the main sales area, and both parties will jointly abide by the relevant provisions of the current laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan for the purpose of this agreement).
