Common use of Mutually Scheduled Meeting Clause in Contracts

Mutually Scheduled Meeting. Should the investigation/processing of any grievance be mutually scheduled during working hours, Association representatives shall be released from their assignments without loss of pay or benefits. A maximum of three (3) Association members will be released from their assignment to attend a hearing at any one time.
