Co-Curricular Compensation. The wages and salaries reflected in Schedule E, attached hereto, shall be effective only for the 2019-2021 school years.
Co-Curricular Compensation. To be eligible for co-curricular compensation, an employee must perform services and assume responsibilities beyond those expected as part of the regular employment contract. The co-curricular positions are paid as a decimal multiplier of the certificated statewide salary allocation scheduled base. Advisors shall be paid as follows: ½ payment in January and the final payment would be in June. In case of joint advisorships, pay shall be divided as determined by those advisors.

Compensation for supervising major activities approved by the School Board shall be according to the following schedule: Category A - $750.00 - $900.00 per activity based on experience as determined by the board Category B - $500.00 per activity Category C -$250.00 per activity Category D-$150.00 - $250.00 per activity based on experience as determined by the board New co-curricular positions created by the Board during the term of this Agreement will be placed in one of the Categories designated for compensation by the Board. Co-Curricular Compensation. Teachers involved in co-curricular assignments as set forth in Appendices E or F, which are attached to and incorporated in this Agreement, shall be compensated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Co-Curricular Compensation. 22:1 The Board recognizes that co-curricular activities, sponsors, and directors of special school functions are vital to the efficient and complete operation of the total education effort of the school district. The responsibilities incumbent upon positions are, insofar as possible, conducted during time, which is in addition to the regular school day; therefore, all such positions at all school levels should be compensable and that compensation should be apportioned on an equitable basis.

Compensation for supervising major activities approved by the School Board shall be according to the following schedule, calculated from the Base Salary, Step 1: Category A – 2.5% - 3% Category B – 2.0% Category C – 4.0% Category D - 6.0% Category E – 1.5% - 2.5% New co-curricular positions created by the Board during the term of this Agreement will be placed in one (1) of the categories designated for compensation by the Board. All co-curricular positions will be offered within the district for a period of ten (10) days before seeking outside applicants. If a qualified employee is interested in the open co-curricular position, they will be offered the position. CO-CURRICULAR CATEGORIES:
Co-Curricular Compensation. 27.7.1 Co-curricular advisors will be appointed to a two-year term and may be reappointed for an additional two years at any time by the Board of Education.
