Common use of – Names Dropped from Re-employment List Clause in Contracts

– Names Dropped from Re-employment List. No name shall be carried on a re-employment list for a period longer than two (2) years, and the names of persons re-employed in a permanent position within the same classification shall, upon such re- employment, be dropped from the list. Refusal to accept the first offer of re-employment within the same classification shall cause the name of the person to be dropped from the re-employment list.
