NAMES OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES. No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the University without the proper authorization of the Union. In order that this may be carried out, the Union will provide the University with a written list of the names of those so authorized and any changes made from time to time to that list. No employee shall be required or permitted to make a verbal or written agreement with the University which conflicts with the terms of this Agreement.
