To be eligible for Award, the Offeror agrees, by submission of a Proposal, to cooperate with NASPO ValuePoint and SciQuest, doing business as JAGGAER (and any authorized agent or successor entity to JAGGAER) to integrate its presence in the NASPO ValuePoint eMarket Center either through an electronic catalog (hosted or punch-out site) or unique ordering instructions.
