National Flood Insurance. The use of CDBG and HOME funds for acquisition or construction purposes in identified special flood hazard areas shall be subject to Contractor mandatory purchase of flood insurance as required by Section 102(a) of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 (Pub L. 93-237).
