SCOPE OF CONTRACT AND INCORPORATION OF EXHIBITS. A. Scope The Contract between the parties shall consist of the signature page, each Program/Project Exhibit incorporated into the Contract, all matters and laws incorporated by reference herein, and any written amendments made in accordance with the provisions contained herein. The exhibits attached to this Contract as Exhibits through are hereby incorporated by this reference. This Contract supersedes any and all former agreements regarding projects described in the attached Project/Program Exhibit(s). If there is a conflict between any of the language contained in this Contract and any of the language contained in any Project/Program Exhibit in this Contract, the language in this Contract shall control, unless the parties affirmatively agree to the contrary in a writing that has been reviewed and approved by the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. This Contract supersedes any and all former agreements regarding projects described in the attached Project/Program Exhibit(s). The two types of activities may be included in one Contract as separate Project/Program Exhibit(s) of Services.
