Construction Purposes as used herein refers to any and all costs connected with the rehabilitation of the building on the Premises, including, but not limited to, direct job costs such as material, job labor, superintendent’s job and supervisors, payments to subcontractors, equipment rentals, and legal, engineering, and surveyors’ services.
