National Holiday Act. The Fête nationale (National Holiday), or Fête de la Saint-Xxxx-Xxxxxxxx (Saint Xxxx the Baptist Day), is a statutory holiday for all employees, without exception. This statutory holiday is taken pursuant to the National Holiday Act (R.S.Q., c. F-1.1) and is remunerated according to Subsection 1) of Article 19.05.
