(PAF). PAF contains a wide range of targets, within these a small number are identified as priorities, and are determined to be “Key Threshold Indicators”. These are: - Provision of Direct payments. - Reviews of service to individuals. - Speed of assessment. - Speed of delivery of social care following assessment. - Delivery of equipment within seven days. In addition, the number of older people supported through the provision of social care is widely recognised as a national priority.
