National Objectives. The Subrecipient agrees to maintain documentation that demonstrates that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement meet one or more of the CDBG program's national objectives - 1) benefit low/moderate income persons, 2) aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight, 3) meet community development needs having a particular urgency - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208.

National Objectives. All activities funded with CDBG-DR funds must meet the criteria for one of the CDBG program’s National Objectives. Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out under this Agreement shall meet the following national objectives and satisfy the following criteria:
National Objectives. All Activities funded with CDBG funds must meet one of the CDBG program’s National Objectives: benefit low- and moderate-income persons; aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight; or meet community development needs having a particular urgency, as defined in 24 CFR 570.208. Subrecipient certifies that the Activities carried out under this Agreement will meet the National Objective of benefiting Low- to Moderate Income Clientele (LMC) 570.208(a) (2) (i) (B)
National Objectives. All activities funded with CDBG funds must meet one of the CDBG program’s National Objectives: benefit low- and moderate-income persons; aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight; or meet community development needs having a particular urgency, as defined in 24 CFR 570.208. The Subrecipient certifies that the activity (ies) carried out under this Agreement will meet the National Objective of Low- and Moderate-income persons, LMC- presume benefit in accordance with CFR 570.208 (A). The benefit low- and moderate-income persons National Objective will be met by the Subrecipient by providing the above activity. See Exhibit A
National Objectives. All Projects approved under this Agreement must be eligible and must meet the low-to moderate-income households National Objective (“LMH National Objective”) of the HUD regulations authorized under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Section 104(b)(3), as amended, and 24 CFR Part 570.483. While proposed projects may be mixed-income units, CDBG-DR funds must only be applied to the affordable units for occupancy by LMI households. All Senior Projects and all rehabilitation Projects must have at least 51% affordable units in order to meet the LMH National Objective, unless otherwise waived by HUD. Upon completion of the Approved Project(s) funded under this Agreement and prior to the funding expiration date of this Agreement, the Subrecipient must document that the Approved Project(s) met the LMH National Objective. The Department shall review the actual National Objective achievements of the Subrecipient. If the Subrecipient does not or cannot satisfactorily document the National Objective achievement of an Approved Project, the Approved Project may be deemed ineligible and repayment of funds may be required of the Subrecipient.

The Recipient certifies that the activity (is) carried out under this Agreement will meet an Activity Benefitting Low- and Moderate (L/M) Income Persons. The National Objective will be documented with data collected in the HMIS system, and a monthly report on the number of persons met or serviced.

National Objectives. All activities funded with CDGB funds must meet one of the CDBG program’s National Objectives: to principally benefit persons of low-and-moderate income; to prevent or eliminate slums or blight; or to meet needs having a particular urgency. By signing this agreement, the Subrecipient certifies that the public service activity carried out under this agreement will meet the National Objective of principally benefiting low-to moderate-income persons by limiting use of funds to Pascagoula residents, at least 51 percent of whom are low- or moderate-income. The public service activity is an eligible use of CDBG funds per 24 CFR Section 570.208(a)(2). This public service assists Low Income Clientele and Presumed Benefit Clientele (abused children, battered spouses, homeless persons).
National Objectives. All grant project activities performed under this Agreement must be CDBG-NDR eligible, have eligible costs and be documented as meeting one of the National Objectives of the HUD regulations as included in the Application authorized by HUD. National Objective standards are found under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Section 104(b)(3), as amended and 24 CFR Part 570.483. Waivers of National Objective Standards are published over the course of the CDBG-NDR Program. For the purposes of the NDR grant, General Administration and Planning Activities are assumed to meet a CDBG National Objective.
National Objectives. In accordance with 24 CFR 570.208, Section 104(b)(3) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, all CDBG-DR funded activities must meet a National Objective. Under Section 101(c) of the authorizing Act (42 U.S.C. 5301), all CDBG- DR Activities must satisfy one of the named National Objectives.
