Executive Order Minimum Wage rate (1) The Recipient shall pay to workers, while performing in the United States, and performing on, or in connection with, this agreement, a minimum hourly wage rate of $10.10 per hour beginning January 1, 2015.

Xxxxxx Limitation The Service reserves the right to refuse to pay any Xxxxxx to whom you may direct a payment. As required by applicable law, the Service will notify you promptly if it decides to refuse to pay a Xxxxxx designated by you. as set forth in Section 13 of the General Terms (Prohibited Payments) or an Exception Payment under this Agreement.
Minimum Wage Rates It shall include, in all contracts in excess of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under this grant agreement which involve labor, provisions establishing minimum rates of wages, to be predetermined by the Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-5), which contractors shall pay to skilled and unskilled labor, and such minimum rates shall be stated in the invitation for bids and shall be included in proposals or bids for the work.

Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Such insurance shall meet at least the following minimum levels of coverage:

(AB 1835, CH230, Stats of 2006, adding sections 1182.12 and 1182.13 to the California Labor Code.) Xxxxx of License; Limitations The Engineer is granted a limited revocable non-exclusive license to use the registered TxDOT trademark logo (TxDOT Flying “T”) on any deliverables prepared under this contract that are the property of the State. The Engineer may not make any use of the registered TxDOT trademark logo on any other materials or documents unless it first submits that request in writing to the State and receives approval for the proposed use. The Engineer agrees that it shall not alter, modify, dilute, or otherwise misuse the registered TxDOT trademark logo or bring it into disrepute.
