Nature of Licence. This Licence is personal to the Licensee and may not be transferred or otherwise disposed of and for the avoidance of doubt, the Licensee may neither part with nor share possession or occupation of the work area or any part of it nor grant a licence of the whole or any part of the work area to any other person or body.
Nature of Licence. The rights granted by the licence conditions in this clause 20 do not create in or confer upon the Lessee any tenancy or any estate or interest in the Licence Area. The rights granted do not confer upon the Lessee any right of exclusive use or occupation and the Council may from time to time exercise all rights which may, subject to the terms of this licence, include the use and enjoyment of the whole or any part of the Licence Area.
Nature of Licence. (a) The Licence granted under this Agreement is personal to the Supplier.
(b) Nothing in this Agreement:
(i) confers on the Supplier any rights as a tenant of the Licensed Area; or
(ii) creates the relationship of landlord and tenant between the Landowner and the Supplier.
Nature of Licence nbn reserves all rights relating to the Site and Facility including the right to:
(a) permit the installation, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Equipment anywhere on the Site;
(b) pass and xxxxxx with or without plant and equipment; and
(c) install, operate, maintain, repair and replace cabling of all descriptions, in on or through the Site at all times for the purpose of maintaining the Site or allowing nbn or third parties to utilise the Site.
Nature of Licence. The Chamber's access to the Licence Area will not create, nor be deemed to create, any interest in land in favour of the Chamber or any other person.
Nature of Licence. 3.1.1. This Licence is personal to the Licensee.
3.1.2. The agreements in this Licence are in contract only and are not capable of assignment by the Licensee.
3.1.3. The Licensee obtains no leasehold interest in the Licensed Area or any part of it.
3.1.4. Without limiting clause 3.1.3 this Licence must not be construed as conferring on the Licensee any exclusive right of possession of the Licensed Area or any part of it.
3.1.5. [*] The Licensor agrees not to grant any third party a right to use or occupy the Licensed Area during the Term.
3.1.6. The Retail Leases Act (Vic) 2003 does not apply because this is not a lease.
3.1.7. This Licence is subject to any encumbrances affecting the land described in the certificate of title for the Building and the rights of the Licensor and the Owner, its employees, agents, servants or other invitees who have priority over the rights of the Licensee under this Licence.
Nature of Licence. 15.1 The rights under this licence rest in contract only and do not create in or confer upon the Licensee any tenancy or any estate or interest in the Premises.
15.2 The rights granted shall not confer upon the Licensee or any person claiming through or under the Licensee any rights of exclusive occupation.

Nature of Licence. Licence to install billboard at the lower part of the external wall facing Shanghai Street of the building known as “No. 33 Argyle” at Nos. 000-000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xx. 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx
Nature of Licence. It is mutually agreed between the parties that:
6.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be or ought to be construed as granting any estate, interest or title whatsoever in the licensed area to the Licensee or operating either at law or in equity as a demise of the premises or giving rise to the relationship of landlord and tenant between the Licensor and the Licensee, or as conferring on the Licensee any exclusive right of possession of the licensed area or any part thereof, or any right of possession at all therein, save to the extent necessary to enable the provisions of this Agreement to be fulfilled. This Licence is personal to the Licensee and shall not be capable of transfer, sub- licence, assignment, mortgage or charge.
