Nature of Licence. This Licence is personal to the Licensee and may not be transferred or otherwise disposed of and for the avoidance of doubt, the Licensee may neither part with nor share possession or occupation of the work area or any part of it nor grant a licence of the whole or any part of the work area to any other person or body.

Nature of Licence. The rights granted by the licence conditions in this clause 20 do not create in or confer upon the Lessee any tenancy or any estate or interest in the Licence Area. The rights granted do not confer upon the Lessee any right of exclusive use or occupation and the Council may from time to time exercise all rights which may, subject to the terms of this licence, include the use and enjoyment of the whole or any part of the Licence Area.
