No Interest in Land. (a) Project Co agrees that, in accordance with the principles of the IPFP Framework, it acquires no estate, right, title or ownership interest in the Site or the Facility or any other interest in land pursuant to this Project Agreement or otherwise.
No Interest in Land. (a) Project Co acknowledges and agrees that, subject to the provisions of the CLA, in accordance with the principles of the IPFP Framework, neither Project Co nor the Lenders shall acquire any estate, right, title or ownership interest in the Site, the Facility or the Existing Facilities or any other interest in land pursuant to this Project Agreement, the Project Documents or otherwise. Notwithstanding any provision herein or in any of the Project Documents to the contrary, all fee simple interest in and freehold title to the Site, or any part thereof, and the Project, shall at all times remain unencumbered by any interest of Project Co or the Lenders. Project Co and the Lenders shall have access to the Site, the Facility and Existing Facilities under and subject to the licences and access rights granted under this Article 16 and the Lenders’ Direct Agreement, respectively.

(a) Project Co acknowledges and agrees that, subject to the provisions of the Construction Act, in accordance with the principles of the IPFP Framework, none of Project Co, the Project Co Parties or the Lenders shall acquire any estate, right, title or ownership interest in the Site or the Facility or any other interest in the Lands (including the Existing Facilities) pursuant to this Project Agreement, the Project Documents or otherwise. Notwithstanding any provision herein or in any of the Project Documents to the contrary, all fee simple interests in and freehold title to the Site, the Facility and all other portions of the Lands shall at all times remain unencumbered by any interest of Project Co, the Project Co Parties and the Lenders. Project Co, the Project Co Parties and the Lenders shall have access to the Site (including the Existing Facilities) and the Facility under and subject to the licence and access rights granted under this Section 16 and the Lenders’ Direct Agreement, respectively.
No Interest in Land. 7.1. The Licensee has a personal right of entry on to the Property and through the Development on the terms specified in this Licence but no title interest in the Property.
No Interest in Land. It is hereby declared and agreed that this Agreement constitutes a mere Licence and confers no tenancy or other interest in the Ranch upon the Licencee and that possession of the Licensed Plot is retained by the Company subject nevertheless to the rights created by this Licence. The Licence does not nor shall any provision herein contained grant or create in favour of the Licencee:- any legal or equitable estate or interest in or over the Licensed Plot; any tenancy or lease over any part of the Licensed Plot.
No Interest in Land. No right of possession to the licensed area shall pass hereunder to the Licensee and Council shall in no way hereby be excluded from the right of possession to the same and no tenancy or other interest in the licensed area shall be hereby conferred on the Licensee who shall have hereunder a personal right only which shall not be capable of being assigned or otherwise dealt with by the Licensee either wholly or partly and the Licensee shall not purport to assign or otherwise deal with the licence or the benefit of this agreement.
No Interest in Land. Owner understands, acknowledges and agrees that the License and this Agreement do not create an interest or estate in Owner's favor in the Town's Property. The Town retains legal possession of the full boundaries of Town's Property and the License and this Agreement merely grant to the Owner the personal privilege to maintain the Encroachments described above throughout the term of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the expenditure of time, money or labor by the Owner on the improvements which constitute the Encroachments, the License and this Agreement shall in no event be construed to create an assignment coupled with an interest in favor of the Owner. Owner shall expend any time, money or labor at Owner's own risk and peril.
No Interest in Land. Owner understands, acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not create an interest or estate in Owner’s favor in the City Right-Of-Way. The City retains legal possession of the full boundaries of its right-of-way and this Agreement merely grants to Owner the use of the Encroachment Area described above throughout the term of this Agreement.
No Interest in Land. The Licence does not give Occupier any interest in the Land within the Site. Legal right to possession and control of the Site remains with Landowner. Occupier has no caveatable interest in the Land.
