General Office. The Employer recognizes the establishment of jointly administrated Benefit Funds and commits to maintaining management representatives on the Board of Trustees as established in this agreement. Wherever in this Agreement ‘man’ or ‘him’ or their related pronouns may appear, either as words or parts of words, they have been used for representative purposes and are meant to include both female and male sexes.
General Office. [Sligos/Marben] shall co-ordinate the Company's -------------- general office functions, under the direction and supervision of the Company.
General Office dedicated telephone line with call waiting and/or call rollover to electronic voice mailbox • access to a fax line and access to fax machine • access to copy machine • access to adequate office supplies (pens, pencils, paper, etc.) • office furniture (desk, lockable filing cabinet, etc.) • personal computer with dedicated internet access • provide copies of printed marketing and training materials, business cards, and brochures.
General Office. Tenant shall take good care of the premises and fixtures, ALTERATIONS make good any injury or breakage done by Tenant or Tenant's agent, employees or visitors, and shall quit and surrender said premises, at the end of said term, in as good condition as the reasonable use thereof will permit: shall not make any additions, alterations or improvements in said premises, or permit any additional lock or fastener on any door, without the written consent of Landlord; and all alterations, partitions, additions, or improvements, which may be made by either of the parties hereto upon the premises, shall be the property of Landlord, and shall remain upon and surrendered with the premises, as a part thereof, at the termination of this lease, without disturbance, molestation or injury. REQUIREMENTS 4th. Tenant shall promptly execute and comply with all statutes, OF LAW ordinances, rules, orders, regulations and requirements of the Federal, State and City Government and of any and all their Departments and Bureau applicable to said premises, for the correction, prevention, and abatement of nuisances or other grievances, in, upon, or connected with said premises during said term; and shall also promptly comply with and execute all rules, orders and regulations of the New York Board of Fire Underwriters for the prevention of fires at Tenant's own cost and expense. ASSIGNMENT 5th. Tenant, successors, heirs, executors or administrators shall not assign this agreement, or underlet or underlease the premises, or any part thereof, without Landlord's prior consent in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld; or occupy, or permit or suffer the same be occupied for any business or purpose deemed disreputable or extra-hazardous on account of fire, under the penalty of damages and forfeit and in the event of a breach thereof, the term herein shall immediately cease and determine at the option of Landlord as if it were the expiration of the original term.

General Office. The Company's headquarters are PRINCIPAL OFFICE or another place that members can identify from time to time.
General Office. CLASSIFICATION AND SENIORITY The job descriptions covering novice salary Grades N-1, N-2 and N-3 and salary Grades 00-11 and seniority rules for General Office employees are contained in a separate agreement between the parties entered into on the same date as this Agreement. The Authority will revise its current method of operation in the General Office covered by this Agreement by advising its managers in the General Office through an Administrative Procedure bulletin, which shall state:
(a) Each General Office employee shall be given one
(1) annual record review.
(b) Each General Office employee may, upon request, be granted access to his or her personnel file (on the departmental level) at least twice per year.
(c) Each General Office employee shall be given a copy of anything added to his or her personnel file which could lead to discipline or affect a job change.
General Office. The Company agrees to furnish a clean, healthful, properly lighted, ventilated and heated environment for the performance of all in-plant work.
