Nature of License. Subject to your Acumatica Order Form, this Agreement is for the license of the Software on one of the following basis:
Nature of License. License to use the Facility/Premises will be temporary, revocable and conditional. Licensee shall have no recourse under this License Agreement against Licensor, Licensor’s officers, agents, contractors, employees, or invitees for breach of contract or otherwise, and none of Licensor, Licensor’s officers, agents, contractors, employees, or invitees shall be liable hereunder for breach of contract or otherwise.

The Town of Moultonborough reserves authority to revoke the license in its sole discretion at any time prior to expiration without penalty or liability, and to impose conditions upon the license in the public interest. The Town of Moultonborough reserves the right to cancel any event/approved use based on viewpoint neutral administrative considerations.

The Town of Walpole reserves the authority to revoke the license in its sole discretion at any time prior to expiration without penalty or liability, and to impose conditions upon the license in the public interest.
