NATURE, SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING. Data Processor shall only Process Personal Data in accordance with Data Controller’s Instructions and to the extent necessary for providing the Subscription Service and the Professional Services, each as described in the Agreement. Data Controller acknowledges that all Personal Data it instructs Data Processor to Process for the purpose of providing the Professional Services must be limited to the Customer Data Processed within the Subscription Service.

NATURE, SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING. 2.1 This DPA applies when Client Data is Processed on behalf of the Client by Pulsant.
