Scope of the Processing. The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Flipnode is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the types of Personal Data and categories of Data Subjects Processed under this DPA are further specified in Attachment 1 to this DPA.
Scope of the Processing. 2.1. Service Provider shall process the Customer Personal Data on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of the Customer within the meaning of article 28 GDPR. Customer will act as Data Controller (unless Customer is a Data Processor, in which case NVIDIA will act as a Sub-Processor to Customer). Each party will comply with Data Protection Laws in the performance of this DPA. Scope of the Processing. 2.1 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Supplier may process Personal Data on behalf of the Customer in carrying out the Services and/or its obligations under the Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation that the Customer is the Controller and the Supplier is a Processor in respect of the provision of the Services.
