NAVIGATION LIMITS. The CHARTERER agrees to restrict the cruising of the yacht to the area specified on the 1st page of this Agreement, cruising area.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. Charterer agrees to restrict the operation of the Yacht to the areas described below and further warrants not to operate the Yacht between the hours of 5.30 pm and 7.00 am.
(a) The British Virgin Islands (excluding ANEGADA unless authorized by the Company)
(b) The U.S. Virgin Islands (St Xxxx and St Xxxxxx up to 10 (ten) nautical miles thereof and excluding ST CROIX). Charterer with paid crew on board agrees to carry correct documentation and comply with the Department of Homeland Security Regulation requiring electronic notification 24 hours prior to intended arrival into and departure from USA territory. Any breach of the aforementioned navigation limits and requirements shall result in the cancellation of any and all insurance rights. Any fines, damage to the vessel or to property/environment, or injury to persons, which occurs as a result of operating the Yacht in breach of navigation limits will be the sole responsibility of the Charterer.

(b) Restrictions within cruising area (a) above: the anchorages east of Mt. Xxxxxxx Bay in Grenada, except for St David’s Harbour, Le Phare Bleu Marina and Clarkes Court Bay, unless by prior consent of the company; sailing on the east side of St Xxxxxxx, Canouan, Carriacou, Grenada unless by prior consent; southern entrance of the Tobago Cays; any anchorage on east side of Canouan, Mayreau (except Tobago Cays), Carriacou, Grenada unless by prior consent.
(c) Trinidad and Tobago, unless by prior consent.
(d) Any other island or destination, unless by prior consent. Any breach of the aforementioned navigation limits shall result in the cancellation of any and all insurance rights. Any damage to the vessel or to property, or injury to persons, which occurs as a result of operating the Yacht in breach of navigation limits will be the sole responsibility of the Charterer.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. The Member agrees to confine the operation of the Boat to within the areas noted on the map affixed to the Boat.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. ▪ Inland waters of Canada and the United States of America north of 40° North latitude; ▪ East Coast: Between Latitudes 40 and 52 North within the limits of coastal Canadian and United States waters only; ▪ West Coast: The coastal waters of the continental part of British Columbia and of the Northern and Western shores of Vancouver Island, including: • Puget Sound and neighbouring waters; • Xxxx xx Xxxx Xxxxxx and Portland Canal; ▪ There shall be no coverage beyond 100 nautical miles from the coasts nor for navigation on the Fraser River east of the mouth of the Sumas River.

(a) The British Virgin Islands (excluding ANEGADA unless given written consent by the company during chart brief). Any breach of the aforementioned navigation limits shall result in the cancellation of any and all insurance rights. Any damage to the Yacht or to property, or injury to persons, which occurs, as a result of operating the Yacht in breach of navigation limits will be the sole responsibility of the Charterer. Navigational limits also extend to all red ‘out of bounds’ areas on hazard charts. Additionally, White Bay at Xxxx Xxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx Island and Oil Nut Bay, are ‘out of bounds.’ The Charterer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the Customs & Immigrations laws of the British Virgin Islands and will bear full responsibility for all fines, property seizures and imprisonment which could result from violations. The Charterer is responsible for ensuring all necessary documents and navigation aids are aboard for use in the intended waters. Guests are also required to use mooring ball system or dockage to secure vessel. Anchoring is not allowed, and only permitted in emergency situations.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. The CHARTERER agrees to restrict the cruising of the yacht in accordance to the Captains guidance.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. Time Charterer may dispatch the Tug and Barge to and from any ports, to and from any ports in the U.S. domestic trade and foreign ports in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, and Caribbean Basin ports in countries within the United States-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act of 2000, as amended (Harmonized Tariff Schedule of United States, General Note 17), trading in such lawful trades and carrying such lawful cargoes and operating to the extent permitted by the Vessels’ insurance, Certificate of Inspection, the Bareboat Charter, and Applicable Law. The Vessels may be navigated outside the Exclusive Economic Zone of the United States, provided (i) such navigation is permitted by the Vessels’ insurance, Certificate of Inspection, and Applicable Law; and (ii) the Vessels shall not trade with Venezuela or any country designated in 15 C.F.R. Part 746. If the Vessels are operated in an area other than the Atlantic coast of North and South America from Cape Hatteras to the southern border of Argentina, including the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico, Hire shall be adjusted to reflect the actual increase or decrease in Demise Owner’s operating costs if not otherwise reimbursed pursuant to Section 10. The parties agree to renegotiate in good faith the provisions of this Agreement that might be affected by operating the Vessels in such areas.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. The Charterer agrees to restrict the cruising of the Vessels to the navigable area within San Francisco Bay, CA (the “Navigable Area”). Intentional violations of these limits shall be considered as a theft or conversion of the Vessels and treated accordingly. Xxxxxxxxx agrees that all navigational limits are subject to weather and Owner does not guarantee destination.
