NAVIGATION LIMITS. Charterer agrees to restrict the operation of the Yacht to the areas described below and further warrants not to operate the Yacht between the hours of 5.30 pm and 7.00 am.

Any breach of the aforementioned navigation limits shall result in the cancellation of any and all insurance rights. Any damage to the vessel or to property, or injury to persons, which occurs as a result of operating the Yacht in breach of navigation limits will be the sole responsibility of the Charterer.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. ▪ Inland waters of Canada and the United States of America north of 40° North latitude; ▪ East Coast: Between Latitudes 40 and 52 North within the limits of coastal Canadian and United States waters only; ▪ West Coast: The coastal waters of the continental part of British Columbia and of the Northern and Western shores of Vancouver Island, including: • Puget Sound and neighbouring waters; • Xxxx xx Xxxx Xxxxxx and Portland Canal; ▪ There shall be no coverage beyond 100 nautical miles from the coasts nor for navigation on the Fraser River east of the mouth of the Sumas River.

Any breach of the aforementioned navigation limits and the areas described as “no go” areas in the Chart Briefing shall result in the cancellation of any and all insurance rights. (No go areas are shown, but not limited to, those areas clearly marked on the paper charts). Any damage to the vessel or to property, or injury to persons, which occurs as a result of operating the Yacht in breach of navigation limits will be the sole responsibility of the Charterer. The Company reserves the right to terminate immediately the Charter in the event of a breach of navigation limits and ‘no go’ areas.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. The CHARTERER agrees to restrict the cruising of the yacht in accordance to the Captains guidance.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. The Charterer agrees to restrict the cruising of the Boat to the areas described as from ________(Place) unless herein approved vessels only- additional cruising area limited to (___________________). Traveling outside of restricted cruising limits is reason for default of all security deposits and the U.S. Coast Guard & local authorities will be made aware of violation. The incident will be dealt with as a vessel theft and prosecuted to the extent of the law.
NAVIGATION LIMITS. The Charterer agrees to restrict the cruising of the Vessels to the navigable area within San Francisco Bay, CA (the “Navigable Area”). Intentional violations of these limits shall be considered as a theft or conversion of the Vessels and treated accordingly. Xxxxxxxxx agrees that all navigational limits are subject to weather and Owner does not guarantee destination.
