NCE CSP MANAGED SERVICES. The Supplier is a reseller of Microsoft New Commerce Experience Cloud Solution Provider (“NCE CSP”) products (“NCE CSP Managed Services”). Where the Services referred to in the Order include the provision of NCE CSP Managed Services, the NCE CSP Managed Services shall be provided in accordance with and governed by the Order and this Schedule (which is hereinafter referred to as the “NCE CSP Managed Services Terms”). Except as defined in these NCE CSP Managed Services Terms, capitalised terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Order and/or the Agreement (as the case may be). For the avoidance of any doubt, in the event of a conflict in respect of the NCE CSP Managed Services referred to in the Order only, between these NCE CSP Managed Services Terms and the Agreement, the NCE CSP Managed Services Terms shall prevail. For all other Services, the Agreement shall apply.
