NCE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES. 6.1 Where the Services include the supply of NCE CSP Subscription Services, a) the provisions of Schedule 2 shall apply, and b) the Supplier will use reasonable endeavours to provide support for platform related issues and where deemed appropriate by the Supplier provide escalation support to Microsoft to help resolve platform level issues. The Supplier does not provide a Service Level where the Services include the supply of NCE CSP Subscription Services. and no additional related support services.
