Common use of Neb Clause in Contracts

I certify compliance with the provisions of Section 81-1715 and, to the extent that this Agreement is a lump sum, actual cost-plus-fixed-fee, or specific rates of compensation type professional services agreement, I hereby certify that wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the fees in this Agreement are accurate, complete, and current as of the date of this Agreement. I agree that the original contract price and any additions thereto shall be adjusted to exclude any significant sums by which State determines the contract price had been increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or noncurrent wage rates and other factual unit costs.
