Common use of Neb Clause in Contracts

I certify compliance with the provisions of Section 81-1715 and, to the extent that this Task Order is a lump sum, specific rates of compensation, or actual cost-plus-a-fixed fee professional service agreement, I hereby certify that wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the fees in this Task Order are accurate, complete, and current as of the date of this Task Order. I agree that this Task Order price and any additions thereto shall be adjusted to exclude any significant sums by which the LPA determines the agreement price had been increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or noncurrent wage rates and other factual unit costs.
