Needs Improvement or Unsatisfactory Evaluation. If the overall rating is “needs improvement” or “unsatisfactory,” in the third year the evaluation team shall forward a remediation plan to the appropriate Xxxx and Vice President for review. After the Vice President, Xxxx and evaluation team finalize the remediation plan, the evaluation team shall present the plan to the evaluatee. The remediation plan will include a timeline for completion and follow-up evaluation.

The Supplier and the Authority will provide to each other any information which may be relevant to assisting the objectives of continuous improvement and in particular reducing costs.
