Negation of Employment. (a) The Independent Certifier, its officers, employees, servants and agents and any other persons engaged by the Independent Certifier in the performance of the Functions will not by virtue of this Agreement or the performance of the Functions become in the service or employment of the PA Parties for any purpose.
(b) The Independent Certifier will be responsible for all matters requisite as employer or otherwise in relation to such officers, employees, servants and agents and other persons who are engaged by the Independent Certifier.
Negation of Employment. PARTNERSHIP AND AGENCY You will not represent Yourself to be, and must ensure that none of Your employees or agents represent themselves to be, Our employee, partner or agent or otherwise able to bind or represent Us in performing Your obligations under the Contract.
Negation of Employment. (a) The Independent Certifier, its officers, directors, members, employees, servants and agents and any other persons engaged by the Independent Certifier in the performance of the Functions, Duties and Obligations shall not, by virtue of this Agreement or the performance of the Functions, Duties and Obligations, become in the service or employment of the Project Agreement Parties or either of them for any purpose.
(b) The Independent Certifier shall be responsible for all matters requisite as employer or otherwise in relation to such officers, directors, members, employees, servants and agents and other persons who are engaged by the Independent Certifier.

(a) The IPDC, its officers, employees, servants and agents and any other persons engaged by the IPDC in the performance of the Functions shall not by virtue of this Agreement or the performance of the Functions become or be deemed to be in the service or employment of the IA Parties (or any IA Party) for any purpose.
(b) The IPDC shall be responsible for all matters requisite as employer or otherwise in relation to its officers, employees, servants and agents and other persons who are engaged by the IPDC.
Negation of Employment. (a) The Independent Monitor, its officers, employees, servants and agents and any other persons engaged by the Independent Monitor in the performance of the IM Services will not by virtue of this Agreement or the performance of the IM Services become in the service or employment of the Project Parties for any purpose.
(b) The Independent Monitor will be responsible for all matters relating to its position as employer or otherwise in relation to such officers, employees, servants and agents and other persons who are so engaged.
Negation of Employment. 10.1 The agreement does not create a relationship of employment, agency or partnership between the Supplier and the University. The Supplier must not represent itself, and must ensure that its officers, employees, agents or subcontractors do not represent themselves, as being an officer or employee of the University.
Negation of Employment. 12.2.1 The Independent Certifier, its officers, directors, members, employees, servants and agents and any other persons engaged by the Independent Certifier in the performance of the Functions, will not by virtue of this Contract or the performance of the Functions become in the service or employment of the CA Parties for any purpose.
12.2.2 The Independent Certifier will be responsible for all matters requisite as employer or otherwise in relation to such officers, directors, members, employees, servants and agents and other persons who are engaged by the Independent Certifier.
