Project Parties definition

Project Parties means each of:

Project Parties means the Material Project Parties and each other Person from time to time party to a Project Document (other than the Borrower).

• There are no material investigations or Proceedings at law or in equity or by or before any Governmental Body pending or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened in writing against or directly affecting any Project Party (or any of its properties or assets) or otherwise having a material impact on the ability of the Project Parties to develop, construct or operate the Material Projects and, to the knowledge of the Company, there is no ground on which any such Proceeding might be commenced.

More Definitions of Project Parties

Project Parties means all building contractors and building industry participants who perform work in relation to the Activity, the Project or a Sub-Project, and where applicable, may include Proponents, subcontractors, consultants and employees; and

Project Parties means the participants in a Project including the Company.
