Project Parties definition

Project Parties means each of:
Project Parties means the Material Project Parties and each other Person from time to time party to a Project Document (other than the Borrower).

  • The Public Disclosure Documents set forth as of the date hereof all outstanding secured and unsecured indebtedness of the Project Parties, or for which the Project Parties have commitments.

More Definitions of Project Parties

Project Parties means all building contractors and building industry participants who perform work in relation to the Activity, the Project or a Sub-Project, and where applicable, may include Proponents, subcontractors, consultants and employees; and
Project Parties means the participants in a Project including the Company.
