NEGOTIATED FIXED PRICE WORK. (A) Service Fee Components. The per Ton amounts of the O&M Charge, the Waste Transport Charge, the Waste Disposal Charge and the Organics Transport & Disposal Charge components of the Service Fee have been fixed and agreed to by the Parties based on the Company’s proposal submitted in response to the RFP and subsequent negotiations, and are not subject to Cost Substantiation. Except as provided in this Contract (see for example Contract Section 13.8), those Service Fees are fixed for the Contract Term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall furnish the County with all cost information required by the County for the payment of the Service Fee under Article XIII.

The Fixed Component of the Service Fee and the Fixed Design-Build Price have been fixed and agreed to by the parties based on the DBOM Contractor’s Proposal submitted in response to the Stage-2 RFP, and are not subject to Cost Substantiation. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the DBOM Contractor shall furnish the BWS with all cost information required by the BWS for the payment of the Design-Build Price under Article 10 (Payment of the Design-Build Price).

  • Unit Price Work Work to be paid for on the basis of unit prices as defined and described in the Contract Documents. A percentage markup for overhead or profit shall be included in all unit prices.

  • Contract Price 3.1 For full and complete performance, OWNER agrees to pay CONTRACTOR the sum of $659,258.00 payable in accordance with the terms hereof and to the satisfaction of the OWNER.

  • Fixed Price An Authorized User Agreement shall be awarded on a fixed-price basis only. As such, the Contractor shall complete all project Deliverables indicated in the final negotiated Authorized User Agreement, without any increase in cost to the Authorized User. If the Contractor resources required to complete such work are more than the Contractor agreed to in the Mini-Bid, these additional resources must be provided to the Authorized User at no additional cost.

  • C1 Contract Price In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive. Within this acceptable period, an adjustment of [insert the adjustment factor], will be added, for evaluation purposes only, to the Tender price of Tenders offering deliveries later than the “Earliest Delivery Date” specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements.

  • THE CONTRACT PRICE A. This Contract is an indefinite-quantity contract for construction work and services. The Estimated Annual Value of this Contract is $2,000,000. This is only an estimate and may increase or decrease at the discretion of Sourcewell. B. The Contractor shall perform any or all Tasks in the Construction Task Catalog for the Unit Price appearing therein multiplied by the following Adjustment Factors:

  • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • Product Price Termination under any of the above paragraphs shall not result in any change to unit prices for Products not terminated.
