Negotiated Policy, Policy 4135. A. The term “Teacher” as used in policy will mean and include any licensed person whose pay is determined by the Teacher Salary Schedule, employed to instruct or to administer, direct or supervise the instructional program of the District, and who assumes one or more of the following positions:
