Common use of Negotiation Notice and Schedule Clause in Contracts

Negotiation Notice and Schedule. A written request to open negotiations may be served by either party not more than one hundred-twenty (120) days, nor less than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of the Agreement. The parties shall then immediately establish a mutually agreeable site, date and time for the first negotiating session; such session shall not be later than fourteen (14) days after the service of the request, except by mutual agreement. By mutual consent, the first negotiation session may begin March 1st.
