Negotiations and PBA Activities. A. The University and the PBA shall each select its own bargaining team. The PBA will be provided with a credit of fifty (50) hours of time to use for collective bargaining during the 2007 negotiations and a credit of fifty (50) hours to use for collective bargaining during the 2008 reopener negotiations, subject to the conditions set forth below:
