Neighboring Community. Tenant acknowledges that the Stadium is located in a historic part of the City, particularly with respect to its location adjacent to a historic minority community. In operating the Stadium and in selecting available concessions at the Stadium, Tenant shall seek opportunities to highlight the historic nature of area, including, without limited to, the historic presence of professional baseball in the area. In furtherance of the foregoing, Tenant shall seek opportunities for exhibits to be displayed at the Stadium highlighting the history of the area surrounding the Stadium. Tenant also acknowledges that other publicly and privately owned venues offer events in the City, and Tenant will use its best efforts to work collaboratively with other venues so as to promote entertainment events in the area.
Neighboring Community. Developer acknowledges that the Stadium is located in a historic part of the City, particularly with respect to its location adjacent to a historic minority community. In designing, developing and constructing the Stadium, Developer shall use its reasonable best efforts to take into account the historic nature of the area, including, but not limited to, the historic presence of professional baseball in the area in connection with the design and construction of the stadium. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ also agrees to work collaboratively and in good faith with the businesses and community immediately surrounding the Stadium during the construction process and to make reasonable efforts to address any reasonable concerns of the community regarding the development.

  • Vulnerability Management BNY Mellon will maintain a documented process to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities affecting its systems used to provide the services. BNY Mellon will classify security vulnerabilities using industry recognized standards and conduct continuous monitoring and testing of its networks, hardware and software including regular penetration testing and ethical hack assessments. BNY Mellon will remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with its process.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Waste and Nuisance Tenant shall not commit, suffer or permit any waste, damage, disfiguration or injury to the Premises, the Common Areas, or any other portion of the Building or the fixtures and equipment located therein or thereon. Tenant shall not permit or suffer any overloading of the Building floors and shall not place therein any heavy business machinery, safes, computers, data processing machines, or other items heavier than customarily used for general office purposes without first obtaining the written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall not use or permit to be used any part of the Building for any dangerous, noxious or offensive trade or business, and shall not cause or permit any nuisance, noise, or odors in, at or emanating from the Premises that disturbs other Building tenants.

  • Virus Management DST shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within DST environment.

  • Animals The Hirer shall ensure that no animals (including birds) except guide dogs are brought into the premises, other than for a special event agreed to by the Village Hall. No animals whatsoever are to enter the kitchen at any time.
