Net Lease Provision. The Rent shall be paid absolutely net to Lessor, so that this Lease shall yield to Lessor the full amount of the installments of Base Rent, Percentage Rent and Additional Charges throughout the Term, all as more fully set forth in Article V, but subject to any other provisions of this Lease that expressly provide for adjustment or abatement of Rent or other charges or expressly provide that certain expenses or maintenance shall be paid or performed by Lessor.
Net Lease Provision. Subject to the other provisions contained within this Lease and the Lessee's express rights to abatement of Rent, the Rent shall be paid absolutely net to Lessor, so that this Lease shall yield to Lessor the full amount of the installments of Rent throughout the Term, all as more fully set forth in Section 5, but subject to any other provisions of this Lease that expressly provide for adjustment or abatement of Rent or other charges or expressly provide that certain expenses or maintenance shall be paid or performed by Lessor. Net Lease Provision. All payments required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease, other than minimum rent, will constitute additional rent. This is intended to be a net lease, meaning that Tenant shall pay all expenses of every type relating to the Premises after commencement of the lease term, all rent (including minimum and additional rent) shall be received by Landlord without setoff, offset, abatement, or deduction of any kind.
Net Lease Provision. It is the intention of Lessor and Lessee that the rent herein specified shall be net to Lessor in each year during the term of this Lease or any extension thereof, and that all costs, expenses, and obligations of every kind relating to the Demised Premises and Lessee's pro rata share of Common Area charges (except as otherwise specifically provided in this Lease) which may arise or become due during the term of this Lease, shall be paid by the Lessee, and that the Lessor shall be indemnified by the Lessee against such costs, expenses and obligations.
Net Lease Provision. This is intended to be an absolutely net lease, meaning that Tenant shall pay all expenses of every type relating to its operation of the Property during the Lease term or otherwise related to Tenant's occupancy.

(a) The Rent shall be paid absolutely net to Lessor, so that this Lease shall yield to Lessor the full amount of the installments of Base Rent, Percentage Rent and Additional Charges throughout the Term, all as more fully set forth below, but subject to any other provisions of this Lease that expressly provide for adjustment or abatement of Rent or other charges or expressly provide that certain Impositions (including without limitation Real Estate Taxes, Capital Impositions and Personal Property Taxes), Capital Expenditures and other expenses or maintenance shall be paid or performed by Lessor.
(b) Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Lease, and except for loss of any Franchise Agreement solely by reason of any action or inaction by Lessor, Lessee, to the extent permitted by law, shall remain bound by this Lease in accordance with its terms and shall neither take any action without the written consent of Lessor to modify, surrender or terminate the same, nor seek nor be entitled to any abatement, deduction, deferment or reduction of the Rent, or set off against the Rent, nor shall the obligations of Lessee be otherwise affected by reason of (a) any damage to, or destruction of, any Leased Property or any portion thereof from whatever cause or any Taking of the Leased Property or any portion thereof, (b) the lawful or unlawful prohibition of, or restriction upon, Lessee's use of the Leased Property, or any portion thereof, or the interference with such use by any Person or by reason of eviction other than by paramount title except as otherwise specifically provided in this Lease and except to the extent that a court of competent jurisdiction has issued a final, nonappealable order determining that Lessee was constructively evicted from the Leased Property, (c) any claim which Lessee has or might have against Lessor by reason of any default or breach of any warranty by Lessor under this Lease or any other agreement between Lessor and Lessee, or to which Lessor and Lessee are parties,
Net Lease Provision. The Rent shall be paid to Lessor without set off, deduction or counterclaim, subject only to the provisions of the Master Lease Agreement or of this Lease set forth in Sections 14.2, 14.3, 15.3, 15.5 and 15.6 and further subject to Lessee's right to assert any claim or mandatory counterclaim in any action brought under this Lease.
Net Lease Provision. This Lease shall be deemed and construed to be a “net lease” and the Lessee shall pay, except as herein otherwise expressly provided, all rents and all payments hereunder to be made by the Lessee free from any charges, taxes, assessments, impositions, expenses or deduction of any kind and every kind or nature whatsoever. The rentals paid as specified above shall be net to Lessor, free of any and all costs and expenses incurred in complying with the above conditions, and any and all costs or expenses or liability for damages in connection with the property shall be paid by Lessee. It is agreed that this is a Net Net Lease in which the Lessee agrees to pay, as additional rent, all real estate taxes and assessments, insurance, maintenance, repairs and replacements and all other costs and expenses that may be required for the upkeep of the Leased Premises.
