NEW CATEGORIES AND CLASSIFICATIONS. It is agreed that the Employer shall notify Local 16, as soon as practical but not less than thirty (30) days in advance, of the creation of any new category and/or classification not mentioned in this CBA and to meet and confer with Local 16 with respect to whether such a category and/or classification falls properly within the scope of this CBA and, if it is determined that it does, to bargain with respect to the minimum wage for the category and/or classification.
