New Classes. 25.01 In the event that the Foundation creates a new class, the rates of wages and/or working conditions shall be first agreed to by the Union prior to posting. 25.02 If an agreement as to the wages and working conditions cannot be reached within sixty (60) days, the matter will be referred to the classification Umpire. The Umpire shall determine the wage rates. The decision of the Umpire will be binding on the parties to this Agreement.
