New Offices. Pioneer will not open any new branch office location nor will it allow any Subsidiary to open a new branch office location during any fiscal year following a fiscal year during which Pioneer and its Subsidiaries had a consolidated net operating loss except, however, this prohibition shall not prevent Pioneer or any of its Subsidiaries from moving an existing branch office location to a new location.

New Offices. A. If the Employer elects to reassign employees to a newly created hearing office, a posting period of fifteen (15) business days will be established. Any employee interested in reassignment to the new office must submit his or her written request by email to the OCALJ’s designated mailbox. All requests for reassignment received during this posting shall be deemed to have been received on the same date. Therefore, employee ranking on the reassignment register for the new location will be in accordance with the procedures set forth above in Section 2 (D).
