New Scheme Admissions. Where a Scheme Employer submits new scheme member information, the Scheme Administrator will set up a new member record on the pension administration system, send a ‘mypension ONLINE’ activation key to the new scheme member and produce an on-line membership certificate for the new scheme member within 20 working days of the details having been received from the Scheme Employer. Where relevant, and once any transfers of pension rights from previous pension schemes have been concluded, the Scheme Administrator will release a revised on- line membership certificate for the Scheme member to view, download or print where additional membership has been awarded as a result of the transfer calculation. Where additional pension has been awarded as a result of the transfer calculation, confirmation of this amount will be released by the Scheme Administrator in the form of a letter made available on-line for the scheme member to view, download or print.

  • State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.

  • Investigatory Interview When the employee under investigation is to be interviewed concerning the alleged conduct which could result in discharge or other discipline, the employee and his or her representative shall be notified in writing, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the interview. In the event of an emergency, such reasonable notice as the circumstances permit shall be given. The notice shall state that an official investigation is being conducted and shall state the subject matter of the investigatory interview.

  • Technical Proposals Technical proposal information will be streamlined, e.g., the Government anticipates written proposals consisting of thirty (30) pages or less stating compliance or exception to requirements, risks, assumptions and conflict of interest issues. Proposals shall not merely restate PWS/SOO requirements. Written technical proposals shall normally address: * Technical Approach and descriptive narrative of the contractor's understanding of the requested effort * PWS in response to a SOO * Integrated Master Plan (if applicable) * Integrated Master Schedule (if applicable) * Key Personnel Assigned * Quantities/Hours of Personnel by Labor Categories and narrative justification (if applicable) * Other Direct Costs (ODCs) (materials and supplies, travel, training, etc.(quantities and types only)) * Period of Performance * Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Government-Furnished Information (GFI) * Security (including clearance level) * Teaming Arrangement (including subcontracting; identify new ACAs) * Small Business Plan (if a large business) * Other Pertinent Data, such as assumptions made.

  • Bidding Process 3.1. Bidding shall generally commence based on the sequence of the lot being shown on the PAH Website. However the Auctioneer has the right to vary the sequence without having to give prior notice to the intended bidders.

  • Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions 10.14.1 Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of Chapter 12T, “City Contractor/Subcontractor Consideration of Criminal History in Hiring and Employment Decisions,” of the San Francisco Administrative Code (“Chapter 12T”), including the remedies provided, and implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time. The provisions of Chapter 12T are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of 12T, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section.   • Bidding and Proposal Phase 1.5.1 In conjunction with the development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price and at other times as appropriate to the Project, the Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner and Construction Manager by receiving and recording requests for Bid and Request for Proposal (“RFP”) Documents, receiving and resolving questions about Bid and RFP Documents; preparing addenda, issuing addenda, and accounting for addenda issued; attending pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences and HUB meetings; evaluating bids and proposals; and assisting in preparing and awarding multiple contracts for construction. Architect/Engineer shall answer inquiries from bidders and proposers at Owner’s request, and shall prepare and issue any necessary addenda to the bidding or proposal documents.

  • VOLUNTEERS AND STUDENT WORKERS The Employer will utilize volunteers and student workers only to the extent they supplement and do not supplant bargaining unit employees. Volunteers and student workers will not supervise bargaining unit employees.

  • Investigatory Interviews When an employee is required by the City to attend an interview conducted by the City for purposes of investigating an incident which may lead to discipline/discharge of that employee because of that particular incident, the employee shall have the right to request that the employee be accompanied at the investigatory interview by a representative of the Union. If the employee makes such a request, the request shall be made to the City representative conducting the investigatory interview. The City, when faced with such a request, may:

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.
