New Services and Products. New services and products, if any, proposed by Westcoast or any of the Stakeholders in 2018 or 2019 and the treatment of the associated costs and revenues will be considered by the TTTF prior to implementation. Westcoast will implement those new services and products that are voted on by the TTTF and for which the vote result is unanimous or unopposed (including by Westcoast). Westcoast or any of the Stakeholders may apply to the Board for approval to implement those new services and products for which the TTTF vote result is not unanimous or unopposed, and Westcoast or any of the Stakeholders may oppose such applications to the Board.

New Services and Products. The Customer acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to introduce new services and/or products through Internet Banking at any time and that by utilising such new services and/or products as and when such new services and/or products become available, the Customer shall be bound by the terms and conditions in force governing such new services and/or products.

  • New Services (a) From time to time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may request the other Party to provide additional or different services which such other Party is not expressly obligated to provide under this Agreement (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Additional Services or Service Increases, the “New Services”). The Party receiving such request shall consider such request in good faith; provided, however, that no Party shall be obligated to provide any New Services, including because, after negotiations between the Parties pursuant to Section 2.04(b), the Parties fail to reach an agreement with respect to the terms (including the Service Charges) applicable to the provision of such New Services.

  • Third Party Products and Services Certain third-party hardware, software and services may be resold, distributed, provided or otherwise made available by Entrust through or in connection with the Hosted Services (“Third Party Vendor Products”). Except as expressly stated in this ECSS Schedule, Entrust has no obligation and excludes all liability with respect to Third Party Vendor Products, the use of which shall be exclusively subject to the applicable third party vendor’s terms, conditions and policy documents (“Vendor Terms”) accompanying, embedded in, or delivered with the Third Party Vendor Products or otherwise made available by the third party vendor. In particular:

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
