New Streetlight Poles and other City Facilities. It is understood that Mobilitie may build new streetlight poles or other such facilities required for the installation of the Facilities which would comply with all encroachment and building permits, applicable City, state and federal specifications, and Laws (“New Poles”). The Parties agree that in areas where there are existing poles, Mobilitie will work with the owner of that existing pole to collocate the Small Cell or DAS Facility but only when the pole owner is willing to allow such attachment and where such attachment is feasible from a safety, technical, and engineering (structural and radio frequency coverage) perspective.

  • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel. If COUNTY funds equipment as part of this contract, COUNTY will retain Equipment.

  • Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises. 4.4.2 The Tenant shall pay to the suppliers, and indemnify the Landlord against, all charges for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services consumed or used at or in relation to the Premises and the Tenant shall comply with the requirements and regulations of the respective suppliers. Tenant to initial 4.4.3 For the purposes of this Clause 4.4, the term “utilities” shall include water, electricity, telecommunications network, gas and any water-borne sewerage systems.

  • PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council. 8.2 With regard to purpose and importance, the Council may permit the Association to hold formal meetings on the premises of the Council outside of normal working hours. 8.3 The Council will continue its past practice of making available to the Association specific locations on its premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Association.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES A. The Association may use City facilities with prior approval for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities are made available to the public, and to the extent that such use of the facility will not interfere with normal departmental operations. With the prior approval of the Area commanding officer, roll call rooms may be made available for Association meetings. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time. B. If the use of a facility requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, the Association will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) or facility.

  • Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.

  • Administrative and Other Services (a) Subadviser will, at its expense, furnish (i) all necessary investment and management facilities, including salaries of personnel required for it to execute its duties faithfully, and (ii) administrative facilities, including bookkeeping, clerical personnel and equipment necessary for the efficient conduct of the investment affairs of the Fund (excluding determination of net asset values and shareholder accounting services). (b) Subadviser will maintain all accounts, books and records with respect to the Fund as are required of an investment adviser of a registered investment company pursuant to the Investment Company Act and the rules thereunder. Subadviser agrees that such records are the property of the Trust, and will be surrendered to the Trust promptly upon request.
