New/Transferred Employees. The Employer shall notify the Union of all new hires and/or permanently transferred employees within fifteen (15) working days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays of the date of employment and said notice shall contain the name of such new employee, the Social Security number of the new employee, the position for which employed, the store number and location, the date of commencement of work, and the rate of pay at which the person is employed. Failure to comply with this notice shall entitle a graduate pharmacist to receive the pharmacist's rate of pay for all days worked after the fifteenth (15th) working day excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays and until such notice is received by the Union. The Employer will provide the new hire reports electronically to the Union. Claims that the notice of all new hires and/or permanently transferred employees has not been provided within the fifteen (15) days provided in Article 3.2.1 must be filed within thirty-one (31) days following the day the list should be received. This provision shall not apply to claims that the list is inaccurate.
