New Wage Rates. 2.1.1 Subject to more beneficial rates being applied in accordance with clauses, 2.9.6 and 2.9.7 to 2.9.16, the minimum wage increases to apply are 2.5% per annum on the last agreement rates as contained in the State Government Entities Certified Agreement 2015 and will apply as follows: 1 September 2019; 1 September 2020; and 1 September 2021.
