Newly Created Position. In the event a new position is created within the scope of the bargaining unit positions, as defined in Article I – Recognition of the Agreement, the Superintendent shall first advise the Association President of the intent to create a new position and provide a copy of the job description. The wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment for the new position will be governed by this collective bargaining agreement.
