Next Day Off. Provided a nurse makes sufficient advance request, 19 such nurse scheduled as defined above for an on-call shift may have Monday off 20 without compensation following a weekend on-call, or the following day off if the 21 on-call period falls during the week, or the nurse experienced repeated or lengthy 22 call-backs during the on-call period.
