– NEXT LINE ADMINISTRATOR. If the grievant or Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step 2, the grievance will be submitted within ten (10) school days of the meeting as outlined in Step 2 to the next appropriate line administrator. The parties will have ten (10) school days from receipt of the written grievance to meet and attempt to resolve the grievance. The administrator will indicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing within ten (10) school days of such meeting and will furnish a copy thereof to the grievant and the Association.

  • Claims Administrator A. The Human Resources Director through his/her designated Claims Administrators shall administer the provision of this policy. The City Physician shall provide the City's Claims Administrators with all available medical information concerning the Employee's injury and/or medical opinions as requested.
