Empty all waste containers, clean exterior (and inside if required), and replace liners. Liners supplied by management. Wash tables and countertops. Dust all ledges and furniture. Spot remove dirt and spills from kitchen cabinets, walls, and appliance surfaces. Clean kitchen sinks. Damp mop vinyl flooring. Place chairs in proper order around kitchen tables. Place glassware in dishwasher if available. Spray buff vinyl flooring. Machine strip and refinish all vinyl flooring. Vacuum thoroughly and spot clean carpeting as needed. Spot remove smudges, fingerprints, etc. from walls and elevator doors. Pay particular attention to wall surface by elevator buttons. ANNUALLY Dust ceiling surfaces other than acoustical ceiling material and vacuum clean only acoustical materials and other similar surfaces, if necessary. 45 WINDOW CLEANING Wash all interior and exterior windows quarterly. SIDEWALKS, ENTRANCES, ROADWAYS AND PARKING AREAS: To be kept free and clear of refuse, snow and ice.
