No Boycott of Energy Companies. The Trustee hereby verifies that it and its parent company, wholly- or majority-owned subsidiaries, and other affiliates, if any, do not boycott energy companies and will not boycott energy companies during the term of this Master Trust Agreement. As used in the foregoing verification, "boycott energy companies" has the meaning provided in Section 2276.001(1), Government Code.

Pursuant to Section 2274 of the Texas Government Code, Respondent certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criteria under Section 2274.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Energy Companies and will not boycott Energy Companies during the term of the contract resulting from this solicitation. Respondent shall state any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification in its Response.
