NO CALL BACK FROM LEAVE OF ABSENCE. (a) Once an employee has commenced an approved leave of absence, such employee shall not be called back to work by the University without the consent of the employee. (b) Once an employee has commenced an approved leave of absence, such employee shall not return to work prior to the conclusion of the approved leave of absence without the consent of the University. (c) If an employee agrees to a call back to work by the University after the employee has commenced an approved leave of absence, the University shall reimburse the employee for any direct costs incurred by the employee as a result of such call back. The employee’s remaining leave of absence shall, at the option of the employee, be rescheduled to a time mutually acceptable to the employee and the University.
